Outreach

The Outreach Ministry seeks to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ in meaningful ways to our local community. By building redemptive relationships with those inside and outside the church, we desire to be a service to all humanity by demonstrating Christ-like compassion for our world.

Fellowship

The Fellowship Ministry works to build a sense of community through sharing and planning of social activities and events. One of the most important needs we have as Christian sisters and brothers is to connect with one another in meaningful ways. The Fellowship Ministry provides extra opportunities for members of SJBC to celebrate and commune inside the Body of Christ.

Christian Education (CE)

The CE Ministry here at SJBC works to provide a high quality of educational resources and opportunities. From evaluating Sunday School materials to providing training opportunities, the CE Ministry desires to grow the spirit through sharpening the mind.

Missions

The Missions Ministry here at SJBC seeks to encourage and support the spread of the Gospel outside of our local community. Through raising awareness, raising support, and encouraging short-term missions, the Missions Ministry wants to see disciples for Christ being made in all nations.

Worship

The Worship Ministry at SJBC works to create an atmosphere where people can connect, reflect on, and experience the presence of God. There are many ways to get involved in worship here at the church:

HOSANNA WORSHIP TEAM: Hosanna leads the 10:30 worship service and offers musicians a way to use their musical talents to glorify and worship God.

CHOIR: Performs from Fall through Spring and performs special music during Sunday worship to edify and uplift the congregation.

CHOIR KIDS: Performs from Fall through Spring and provides children the opportunity to sing for special music and other events.

LEFT SIDE SINGERS: Performing throughout the year, our talented men's choral group sings a wide variety of inspiring songs.

Property

The Property Ministry seeks to maintain and care for the physical resources God has blessed us with. The Property Ministry deals with all matters relating to the acquisition, modification, and care of the church's property.

Stewardship

The Stewardship Ministry here at SJBC seeks creative and faithful ways to be good managers of the resources God has provided us. From managing church funds to providing educational outlets, the Stewardship Ministry helps provide guidance in the area of finances.
